Usaid Framework Agreement

The Trade and Investment Framework Agreements (TIFA) provide a strategic framework and principles for dialogue on trade and investment issues between the United States and other TIFA parties. Welcome home to AFSA USAID Vice President – and so to all USAID members. I am here on your behalf to protect your interests, listen to your opinions and answer your questions. AFSA monitors and works closely with the Agency, in particular Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM), to ensure compliance with employment contracts. In case of problems or challenges, we strive to get the best result on your behalf. We are motivated by the following core values: responsiveness; Efficiency Integrity Efficiency Teamwork Courage; Empowerment and patriotism. In short, we represent you and promise our support if you need us. Please contact us by email or phone at any time. Although the names of framework agreements may vary, B for example, the Trade, Investment and Development Agreement (TIDCA) with the South African Customs Union or the U.S.-Icelandic Forum, these agreements all serve as a forum for the United States and other governments to address and discuss issues of common interest, with the aim of improving cooperation and improving trade and investment opportunities. The Framework Agreement on the Implementation of Tuberculosis (TIFA) is a key component of USAID Global Accelerator to End Tuberculosis. USAID`s investments are most successful when coupled and consistent with strong commitments from other governments and partners.

To accelerate action, TIFA will mobilize additional resources from priority countries to meet the UN target of treating 40 million people by 2022. TIFA will focus on countries with high TB burdens, where USAID already has existing partnerships and where the Agency could reschedule funds to better coordinate with host government partners to deliver performance-based outcomes to achieve the overall goal. This is a change in approach to ensure that USAID is working to effectively and effectively end TB in a sustainable manner. TIFA will focus on locally generated solutions that will reframe USAID`s response to TB to patients and communities to meet diagnostic, treatment and prevention needs, and to combat stigma and discrimination. It will involve and use local authorities in priority TB countries to provide accessible services, which will increase the rate of diagnosis and success in treatment, while promoting a framework of accountability for outcomes. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified entities to implement the Framework Agreement on the Implementation of Tuberculosis (TIFA) with the intention of concluding up to two cooperation agreements. Permission for this premium is not limited. After several years of partnership on 16 separate projects, USAID signed a Global Framework agreement with Microsoft Corporation in 2007.

Strategically, the agreement is also supported by the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the U.S. President`s Emergency Plan for AIDS Assistance (PEPFAR). Together, through our combined resources, we encourage joint activities around the world in six key areas: health, education, capacity building, youth empowerment, environmental sustainability, disaster relief and humanitarian assistance. USAID creates strategic partnerships through global framework agreements. These executives, along with key private sector partners, use combined and more efficient resources for selected development activities.
